– There were 55 new listings entering the market this month.
– There are 42 South Lake Tahoe, CA homes for sale that are under contract which represents 48.8% of the overall available inventory of homes listed in April.
– Average days on the market: 109 days.
– From the 55 homes listed during March, none of them were foreclosures and none of them were short sales.
