Here is the Monthly Real Estate Market Update for the Month of June, year of 2011 for the area of South Lake Tahoe, California.
As of June 30th we had a total of 469 Residential Properties in the Market, including single family and condos, with an average price of $706,027.
In that same group (Residential Properties including single family and condos), we had a total of 131 New Listings entering the Market in the month of June. The average price for new listings this month was $633,023, with an average price per square feet of $285 (not including the new listing at Fallen Leaf Road, listed at $30,000,000).
From 469 Listings, 50 Properties went into escrow, 20 of them being a Short Sale. The average price for the homes that went into escrow this month was $342,214, with an average price per square feet of $197 and they were an average of 137 days in the market.
In June, 58 Homes were SOLD. The average sale price for the homes that were sold this month was $432,735 with an average price per square feet of $199 and an average of 198 days in the market.
